The CCDA may seek recoupment of applicable bonuses, special and incentive pays, and the cost of training and education for service members refusing the vaccine.”

I figure military people in general do no take kindly to this coercion, yet they are highly trained to follow orders. I’d like to hear from any ex-military about how they feel enlisted folks will respond to the situation. I know many will quit or be discharged, but will some engage in any manner to counter or disrupt these schemes?
So, why not wreck the military while wrecking everything else?

I am not a lawyer but don’t think they can get away with that. The Seals and all other military signed a contract when they joined. I am sure there is some boiler plate language the gov’t. will try to use to say the mandate is covered. A defense attorney is going to argue that the military members have met all aspects of the contract. The gov’t. is changing the terms “after the fact”. And they are the ones taking the steps to initiate removing the servicemembers from their positions. How do you change the terms, force them out(they aren’t quitting) and then try to make them pay the gov’t back for the training?

As a former Army Captain, I’ll throw my 2 cents into this. The US military has a long tradition of being officially apolitical. That’s certainly true as you go further and further down into the ranks. Having said that, General Officer promotions are a highly political thing. The idea that following lawful orders is not a choice is bred into every soldier. Face it, if you’re going to order somebody into harms way, you don’t want to have a debate or take a vote.
Now, on the other hand, notice I said “lawful” order, and to me that’s the real question here. Are these lawful orders ? I believe they are not, and would welcome a court martial if on active duty so that I could present evidence of what’s actually going on with the jab.
Lastly, just because the JCOS are ‘woke’, don’t assume that the entire military is. They’re not. I guarantee that for every bad apple there are many, many good ones. I fully expect a portion of the US military to execute what the left will dub a ‘coup’. It won’t be. It will be re-establishment of constitutional authority from a stolen election.
