Not very, I would say.  Pissed off as they were coerced with no other choice but to lose their livelihood..  They had thought it through and did not trust the shot or had natural immunity from a recent Covid infection.  I respect those more who did the research and made the decision that was right for them.

Not only are companies losing some of their best employees but how will they replace the experience and dedication.

Karl Denniger at Market-Ticker had a good post about this growing problem.

Spoke to two trades persons who thankfully work for small outfits that will not mandate jabs.  They work with other trades in the residential construction field.  They both know of  highly skilled workers who had to leave their job due to the mandates by employers.   Some of these companies may not be able to honour their contracts on time if at all.  What were they thinking?

The good news is that with the shortage in workers they usually get hired quickly by a rival company.

A very concerning trend in agriculture is the wasting of fruits and vegetables at harvest time.  Nobody wants those jobs while the Caribbean workers couldn’t come.  One grower was selling off her tomatoes cheap on a pick your own basis.  Otherwise they rot on the vine.

Remember it’s not about health.
