With this being such an obvious manifestation of the spike protein aspect of this new mrna type vaccine, it is highly unlikely that it was an unwanted consequence of the technology. It was either engineered on purpose or at best(worse for those getting the jab) a welcome result of their experiments, that accomplished what they were seeking all along. A method of reducing the population that wasn’t immediate. (at least in most cases)
