Perpetual motion! The movement generates the energy for more movement. Stop me if I’m wrong… but the resistance to the magnetic field that causes the moving car to “generate” electricity would likely be equivalent to the amount of electricity it generates. Add in the energy lost to various forms of friction, with the road, the air, the internal parts of the car; and… it won’t work. That second-rate “Physics for Life Sciences” course I took back in university taught me at least that there is no such thing as perpetual motion. Only when going down a hill, however, would there be the possibility of generating an excess of electricity.
I am no physicist and have no idea of it’s feasibility. My reading is they aren’t trying to propel the vehicles just provide electricity to charge their batteries?
