Of course he would say that. Why do you think bitcoin was created? To provide an alternative to gold. To drain interest and capital AWAY from gold, to provide a distraction from money printing, ie inflation and debasement of the dollar.

They “hate” Gold
In 1974 – Nixon, the FED and the powers that be, introduced the first gold futures. I wish I could find it, but it has been documented and made public that gold futures were introduced knowingly with the intention of diluting the value of physical gold by artificially inflating the number of ounces available.
For example, I believe I read silver runs at 250 to 500 paper ounces to every physical ounce.
I agree that they now have to resort to introducing other instruments, like Cryptos to further dilute gold. After all, they have massively increased to fiat money supply in 2020 and 2021.
Did they not add 20% to the total supply of dollars in 2020?
