   I’ve been saying for years that the Fed’s money printing is causing wealth to be concentrated into fewer and few hands (you can think about this at both a company and individual level). The big 5 tech companies are crowding out investment into smaller companies. They are also doing everything in their power to stifle and undermine smaller competitors and innovation (I can go into specific detail on this).

   Even if you build a better mousetrap, you simply won’t be able to compete with these companies–they will destroy you and then consume your husk.

   I am all for reaping the rewards if you legitimately out-compete others. But that is not what companies like AAPL, GOOG and MSFT have done over the last 10-15 years. They are pulling up the ladder on any individual inventors and startups that they see as a threat.

   There is literally no risk in nominal terms in owning the Big 5. (Yes, there will be 10-20% corrections every so often.) The Fed has guaranteed you will get a return if you are long. The only risk on owning these stocks now is currency risk–which is obviously significant.
