500 to 6000% Gain On The Horizon ?
Well, if history is any guide it could be for Energy Fuels
This isn’t a confident prediction, just an observation of past behaviour. I’m holding this stock, with a 100% gain so far. My target price in the next 12 months is $10. As always, do your own due diligence. Uranium stocks are incredibly volatile.
Uranium’s not what it used to be. Good luck!
Explain further, what do you mean? From everything I read, regardless of which side you take on different forms of clean energy, it still makes up an essential part of the energy mix and will continue to moving forward. The market also went through a 95% drawdown since the last high. If one is a value investor, this is a good place to be. I doubt it goes to $100/lb+ spot again, but just hitting $55-65/lb should equate to nice gains.
I’m right there with you, but the sentiment doesn’t seem to be there. Vanadium though…
I don’t think Vanadium is cheap anymore, it was a while back. UUUU is now producing it, but its not their main purpose. The best time to buy is when sentiment is horrific, but I do think it is changing slowly as global warming concerns continue building which should bode well for the sector. Unfortunately, uranium is still a black box, anythings possible 🙂
I agree with Alfasilver. I’m not holding out for 60x gains, but 5x or 10x is entirely possible.
Do you think the warrants are ok, too. Thanks.
Can you elaborate MM ?
Energy Fuels Inc Warrants, exercisable for one common share until September 20, 2021 at an exercise price of $2.45 (UUUU.WS) Thank you, Northstar.
Sorry, they have warrants, exercisable until, I think around October 2021 @ 2.45 per share.
Oh, I see what you’re asking. If the warrants are exercised, then a share dilution is likely to affect stock price. That’s why I don’t expect price to multiply by 20, 30 or 50 times. I do expect overall market forces to take share prices higher, maybe by a factor of 2 or 3 from here in the next 12 to 18 months. Upward price pressure on Uranium should persist with Cameco production being curtailed and continued commissioning of new power plants. Luckily, I got in at just under $2, so I may see a return of 400 to 500% if I’m right.
