#BREAKING: Federal court just rejected overturning Judge Boasberg’s ban on Trump deporting Venezuelan gang members under the Alien Enemies Act.
It was a 2-to-1 ruling in the D.C. Circuit.
Unreal.
So now, Trump can’t deport under the Alien Enemies Act.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF ARTICLE II!
Trump needs to ignore the DC District Court (might as well rename the DC District Court the DEM Crony District Court). Let it get to the Supremes. He will be harshly criticized but what else is new.

And if JR becomes a problem, then MAYBE some DOJ related matters come into play ????
It’s an easy fix. Congress can dissolve DC’s courts. Revert jurisdiction to the State.
Except that cases are supposed to be heard where things happened.
If no DC courts, then where do they get heard?
That said, its impossible to get a fair jury there for all but the Left.
