LA appears to be moving full-speed ahead on development of “Smart City 2028” on the destroyed areas of recent fires. It “seems” that homeowners are not yet fully back on their properties or able to rebuild as the RE industry salivates at the prospect of turning the entire area into 15 minute cities (per WEF globalist agenda).
