A part of me wants Trump to slow down, so we can revel as he crushes his enemies, driving them before him, and hear the lamentations of their women.

What is amazing is that President Trump had to sign the Executive Order. Anyone or organization receiving funds from the govt. whether an NGO or anyone who gets a govt. contract should have to undergo an annual audit for as long as the contract and or payments last. With computers and sophisticated software and AI, it should be automatic and minimally invasive. If you want to make money or get money from the govt. you should be an open book as far as your financials are concerned.
