North Carolina – In this video, a camp director reveals that the county shut down 100 newly donated tiny homes intended for those in need:
UNBELIEVABLE ? North Carolina Hurricane Helene victims had someone come in and build 100 tiny homes as a donation
Victims “were living in them, and the county comes in and says they won’t pass inspection.” AND KICKS THEM OUT
“So we got 75 of them sitting down there that won’t you know, that we we can’t live in, we can’t do nothing with them”

Yet they ARE kidnapping the children of these victims and sending them to foster homes IF the parents cannot provide housing!
Where are those that would protect citizens from such government overreach?
“and the county”
This kind of reporting would be SO much more constructive if they would spell out WHICH county (Buncombe) and then elaborate on WHICH agency and who is the boss who signed off?
If you are told to vacate, GET NAMES and GET NAMES OF SUPERIORS.
FYI, Buncombe is very “progressive” county … where common sense tends to be in short supply.
Answer here is for (automatic) emergency waivers lasting until next summer. That should have happened in October. People in these parts live in school buses and all sorts of substandard accommodations.
