Federal judge rules gun ban for Illegal Aliens is Unconstitutional.
The Second Amendment protects people’s ability to own a gun even if they’ve entered the country illegally.
That’s the ruling handed down by US District Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman on Friday. She found the federal prohibition on illegal immigrants owning guns is unconstitutional, at least as applied to Heriberto Carbajal-Flores. She ruled the ban did not fit with America’s historical tradition of gun regulation as required under the Supreme Court’s landmark New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen ruling.

SO…Illegal migrants being paid to invade the USA AND approved to act with police powers in multiple states AND considered for conscription into the US military AND have just received 2nd Amendment protection to own & bear arms —> what part of this scenario does NOT resemble a UN orchestrated invasion of the USA with the objective to subsequently confiscate firearms directly from citizens by these migrants. The UN has been training throughout NA for decades — the GREAT REPLACEMENT is underway!
Correct me if I am wrong because I thought the Constitutional rights spelled out in the Constitution pertain specifically to citizens of the United States NOT foreign nationals who may be here with a legal visa or illegally without one. While human rights protecting life and dignity pertain to all, I don’t believe the Constitutional rights and freedoms pertain to non US citizens.
Nope. The general assessment appears to go like this
Nearly all of the constitution applies to “persons”, meaning everyone (citizens, travelers, illegal immigrants). Only a few things like voting and running for office are reserved for “citizens”.
Now I would say those immigrating illegally are guilty DE FACTO of felonies.
So then you check in on 2A under those conditions.
As usual, criminals or mercenaries will have guns — law or no law — so then it comes down to those who are here with ‘ambitions’ simply wishing to protect themselves when living in dicey neighborhoods.

PD – When it says “general assessment” is that the same as “general opinion” OR is it the wording directly from the constitution?
This is the first interpretation I’ve read which codifies migrants being guaranteed the same (not enhanced) benefits from government as US Citizens. It would put a different legal spin on the situation.
