Putin was truly the strong man. In the late 90’s he saw what was really happening, that is the Western political/banking system lusted over the vast Russian resources, oil, coal, gas, PMG, iron, Ni, timber etc. Oligarchs would be willing to sell the country out in exchange for a flat in London and vast riches at the expense of the country and people. He is truly a Russian nationalist. Maybe that’s why he has an 80% favorable rating. What is Joe’s again?
