Fully, she is changing the narrative to make it appear that the deaths are not from Covid as the shots gave them immunity from a bad outcome. Earlier in the plandemic everyone was dying from Covid in her world.
They now need to show the shots worked and the deaths are from something else. So she’s doing a shift in narrative.
