This is going to be one of those lightning rod, controversial subjects. Gary (FGC) has warned me to stay away from it, BUT if it IS real, this is going to be massively historic. And I have to think there are market / PM implications buried in here. There’s a short video summary at the end of this post. There’s a dead spot (audio) of about 2 minutes in the center, but I’m pretty sure the content is all there. The second link is the detailed support for the theory.
As a senior data scientist for a Fortune 100 company, the #1 Rule is — “Let the data lead you.” If you knee jerk react and say it can’t be, without spending the time to look at the extensive detailed data, you’re no different than the people lining their kids up for the jab. OK. I put my kevlar on.

The series has been running since early July, according to my logs.
I don’t think there’s been a single development suggested out of this theory that has materialized in all that time.
Pure Hopium, IMO.
Durham is still working but according to those I’m reading, he’s directing his attention to taking out certain rivals inside the Dem party, rather than say going after the FBI agents that made Russia Gate happen.
????? Devolution has nothing to do with Durham.

Durham is mentioned in the very first installment and on the first page. Then …
the author writes “What is Devolution? …. Above-Top Secret contingency plans already exist for what the military is supposed to do if all the Constitutional successors are incapacitated.”
Durham would quite probably be involved in closing off those successors.
FYI … I also know people involved in Continuity of Government roles.
Thank you for pointing that out Pedro. I stand corrected. I admit it’s been a while since I read page 1 and I simply forgot. Durham has his role in Devolution, just like General Doolittle had his role in WW2. Time will reveal whether Devolution is real or not. I am simply inviting people to do their own due diligence. Thank you for your perspective.
