Confused
So first there was Pfizer and Pfizer had immunity from lawsuits if anything went wrong. And then there was Comirnaty which was not yet in production. This was in addition to Pfizer. And then it was said that Pfizer had been granted approval by the CDC, so was open to lawsuits if anything went wrong. But no, it turns out that it was Comirnaty which was not in production which had received CDC approval and Pfizer had retained its experimental use designation, so they could not be sued. But now Health Canada has changed the name of Pfizer to Comirnaty, so what’s up with that.
Oh and this too: “Pfizer and Moderna say the change marks the full approval of the vaccines by Health Canada, which were previously approved under an interim order that was set to expire today.”

Good Point !
So what it looks like to me is…They will still use the Emergency Vaccines ( No Liability) but have Approved the New NAMED Vaccines….which are not in production yet….and may NEVER be
Yes they are the same vaccines BUT because they will have different names they are legally distinct .
IMO these 3 Newly Named Vaxxes will never be produced because if you are given one of them the Liability exclusion is negated
OR perhaps it means that Canadian designation means “sweet diddly squat” and has no bearing on these vaccines……what is the Canadian CDC and how do they relate to the real CDC?
