Do liberals understand the dangers here? Corollary, they did a study on the instinctive thought process of a liberal whereby in close proximity they would flash up a picture of a king cobra snake in strike position. Most people would flinch understanding that there was an immediate threat. Around 20% of people had little or no reaction to the photo. About 96% of those that didn’t flinch considered themselves to be liberal or progressive. A completely different mind set then 80% of the population. Yet how is it that these 20% have come into power in the USA? Apathy and the destruction of the American way of life, the simple things that we all are on the verge of losing.

Most of the polls are within the “margin of error”. Trump still has a 50/50 chance of winning. He might not win the popular vote, but he still has a clear path via the electoral college. So if you are a trump supporter I wouldn’t be that worried. He overcame the polls last time around. I know I don’t answer calls that seem like they are coming from a political organization and I think most americans do the same. So, yes the polls are “accurate” — but because of low sample sizes the margin of error is big.
As for the supreme court nominee — elections have consequences.

But after the nomination today, and about 19 days, John Roberts will most likely no longer be the chief justice. Then and only then will these types of useless court cases will go away. The is a reason why Democratic lawyers out number republican lawyers by a factor of 10 to 1, and contrary to your myopic thinking it is not because they are intellectually honest and right. Their job is to sow confusion, because if the general public ever found out the facts it would be game over. But it is hard for most folks to confuse dem sponsored rioting.
