Jeffrey Tucker on Exec Power: SCOTUS must weigh in
“A clear decision by the Supreme Court could begin and end simply by quoting Article II, Section I, Clause I: “The executive power is vested in a President of the United States.”
Any court justice unwilling to sign off on that opinion does not believe in the Constitution and should not be on the court.”

SIMPLE N’EST PAS ?
I see it as cut and dry.
Absolutely! The Chief Justice is a pathetic politician, rather than being what he might have been – an historic champion of The Constitution. At a time when Americans demanded, through their democratic decisions over time, the affirmation of that incredible document, he has failed both as a politician, and as the leader of the judicial branch. Yet, Americans are slowly emerging victorious through their relentless insistence of constitutional supremacy. I think Ronald Reagan called it the world’s last best hope. It still is, and that hope seems to have awakened. I’m on that side, in every fight.
