and cap our debt or hold rates down.
We trade paper for stuff.
To buy less stuff, we have make it at home (far more costly),
then China would have fewer $ to plow into buying T’s.
It took 50 years to get here.
Won’t reverse it in four.
Both have too much to lose…so they will come to an agreement
