Every govt. program and or contract involves fraud and or corruption. It isn’t a bug or mistake it is a built in feature. Remember the exorbitant dollar cost for a “hammer” in some military defense contract decades ago. It is why Congressional legislation needs to be specific, itemized on a blockchain and using AI scrutinized so that none of these bloated, corrupt overpriced purchases ever occur again.
