   You have a f’n low birth rate because over the span of many decades you’ve crushed your native population’s moral and outlook toward the future.
   The Central Bank system is designed to SKIM the productive elements of it’s society – it’s a parasite who’s #1 goal is ‘don’t kill the host’.
   Step 1 – Men work single earner supports household, kids nurtured/attended by mothers and fathers (natural state). Healthy children learn diff’t skills/lessons from each.
   Step 2 – Women convinced they should join the workforce (more batteries), latchkey kids introduced.
   Step 3 – kids grow up being juggled between parents or daycare – stress on the family unit increases, divorce rate up. Single parentage up, many offspring left to fend for themselves.
   Step 3 – Native born couples find they can support themselves but not (2.2 kids) on current income. pets (cheap) replace kids ($$$).
   Step 4 – TPTB recruit high birth rate populations/cultures to replace old (native) batteries with new batteries
   Step 5 – migrants will one day find the’ll be replaced by…. replicant’s?
