Absolutely. The US should tell the Ukraine people that they can stop listening to Zelensky and if they want help rebuilding their country they need to negotiate and end to the war. If they allow Zelensky to contimue to prolong this lost cause there will be no help in rebuilding Ukraine. Peace and future prosperity, or continued hostilities and economic oblivion.
Rebuild it? Why bother, outside of our interest sphere. It never was, it was only used as an avenue of attack, no different than Napoleon and Hitler.
