But Ford pardoned Nixon without him being convicted first.
So there is precedent.
Apparently that pardon has never been tested though AND Nixon was under investigation to be charged
Are these the same 100% full & complete pardons for any and all criminal activities that may or may not have occurred by the subject pardoned?
It’s not clear from this article if these pardons are on the same level as the one issued to Hunter Biden.
