He indicated that he was being followed & digitally tracked by DHS, CIA, FBI etc for several days before the Tesla explosion. It would seem logical that if he was being followed that certain three letter agencies suspected that his plan was to expose the (top-secret) gravitational propulsion program and US War Crimes.
Having two attacks occur on the same day had the MSM focusing on New Orleans (including the staged search of the terrorists home).
