Well done.
But Boone is a college (party, skiing) town, and just about as blue as Asheville.
Maybe the Amish are elsewhere in WNC also, but the mountain towns between those two would have found far more aligning of values. (Burnsville, etc)
About 60 Amish community members from central Pennsylvania build 12 tiny homes in Boone, North Carolina in just two days.
The men had to head back home but are coming back in January to build more.
Not only did they donate their time, but they also donated about $300,000 to complete the project according to High County Press.
