The Diddy Civil Case recently announced by the Lead lawyer Tony Busbee (The Texas Lawyer who represented Ken Paxton and won ) is being used by the White Hats as a way to say…look …You stop the bullshit cheating and let this election play out fair and square OR If you cheat and win we release the names !

Tony Buzbee, who at this point professes to be representing more than 150 Combs accusers through his eponymous Houston-based firm, contends he’s just getting started. “We expect to be filing cases weekly naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings,” he said in an Oct. 27 statement.
Apparently there is a BIG Drama playing out in this case
The Accusers are wanting to remain Annonymous ( obviously) …BUT a Judge has ruled the first one of them must Reveal themslevs…Not there are multiple accusers . Sounds like each one will have a seperate trial …DISCOVERY ANYONE ?

You raise excellent points about both the timing of bringing the case just before the election and the possible horsetrading of staying out of the public eye(and going to jail) for allowing the election to happen without a steal. May not be what happens but a good working theory.
It represents a certain level of leverage that the Republicans usually don’t have going into a major election.
