If you look at the projected Cone it does cover ALL of Florida hitting the west coast first

They don’t have to be controlled, just nudged a bit. I was in your camp Fully but am beginning to lean the other way. We have a hurricane forming on the west edge if the gulf of Mexico and heading DUE east. Todays latest conspiracy theory is tomorrow’s great truth. Especially lately.
