It’s becoming clear that the entire world is treating Trump as though he is already president, which is excellent, because the world really needs a president of the US!
It was a bit similar at the end of Carters term, but in those days political actors took pains to tell the world there is only one president. It’s hard to make that argument when the sitting president is a dementia patient, and the heir apparent is dummy with a drinking problem. The world is looking forward to a Trump presidency, contrary to media narratives.
