The Operation Warp Speed liability waiver was for a ‘vaccine’ and they delivered a ‘treatment’. This should be applied retroactively. Let the lawsuits begin.

When they changed the definition… They never updated the informed consent… Which in most cases was never distributed properly..
The lawsuits are like layers of an onion.
They need to be sued into the dirt.. and then the chief officers executed..

There were other liabilities as well. The vaccine was to be effective, try proving that, and safe – shall we line up the millions of victims? The problem lies in the judicial system. Cases must move from one court to another. The courts have been compromised (felonius Trump) , much like the political parties and the rest of the bureaucracy. Onward Christian soldiers!
