There was so much energy left from my travels when I arrived in Bend, I just hit and then bounced, landing in Grand Junction, Colorado. There, a special occasion called me, explained in the description in this new little gallery:

Happy Birthday Aminda ..Fantastic
Minda was glad for your wishes. You’d be surprised to know she has all of her own teeth, a couple of fillings and no crowns. An extra tooth started to grow in front of her right front incisor; her dad decided that wasn’t going to turn out well, so he yanked it out with a pair of pliers!
That’s something GoldBalloon. Aminda appears to be mentally sharp too. She and my mother could have been schoolmates. They were born one month and one day apart…but my mom has been gone since she turned 90. www
Amazing. Aminda was born in the Roaring Twenties and was a young girl when the Great Depression got underway in 1930. Four months before reaching the age of majority (her 21st birthday) the United States declared war on Japan. By the age of 25 Aminda had experiences three formative eras in history – the Roaring Twenties, the great depression and the second world war.
I’ll bet she has an interesting story or two to relate about those years.
I believe one requires a generous soul and a happy disposition to lead such a long, successful life. Aminda has certainly earned admiration and respect. Happy birthday, Aminda – and many more.
Minda has an incredibly sharp memory, distinctly recalling incidents beginning when she was three years old. She has always had oodles of interesting stories. In 2020, I recorded an hour and a half of her just talking about some of her experiences. It would be possible to record her for days and never tire of the stories. She’s happy for your birthday wishes, too.
