Bo Polny & Andrew Sorchini: EMERGENCY BROADCAST – Be NOT One Day Late!
My thought is the picture being painted is why would anybody buy those ugly gold and silver coins that are going nowhere, when Bitcoin is going up by the thousands per day….so put your discretionary cash into Bitcoins while the bigshots/banks buy up all the silver and gold phyz at fire sale prices….and then pull the Bitcoin plug?. Kinda hard to find your Bitcoins when the lights go out!

I Love your passion and enthusiasm Sir Wolf
Be aware the consensus here at the Tent is that Bo Polny is a permabull and usually wrong and a grifter
His predictions have been ridiculous and wrong
Permabulls are trouble if you are naive enough to follow them and there are many of those in this space
cheers
Fully
Bo ….
what a notorious AH
There’s no shortage of folks out there in the fringe world of hyperbolic prognostications.
Those of us who have been around the block eventually learned its best to tune these guys out. In fact, tune out anybody whose forecasts seldom seem to pan out. (At least take notes and KEEP TRACK!) Instead, stick to what you know (and can verify from another source) and the facts in front of you. There is simply little point sitting on the edge of your seat all the time, and wondering “what if” this or “what if” that? That’s a good way to go insane. The real world is already close enough to being there.
Also, sharing work from less credible sources is a good way to lose credibility yourself. When you DO post something legitimate, people are more apt to skip by it.
Bo Polny? Oh no, not again.
Who let the clowns out?
OUCH!!… But thanks for the replies guys. When I post something it is not because I agree or disagree with the content, but to elicit response and generate other’s thoughts. In other words, put it all out there on the table so we can pick and choose whichever best “fruit” we want to “eat”. I personally have lived on OPM for a dozen years now, and unless they change the currency system I can do that indefinitely….and I can give that brag because at my advancing age, indefinitely isn’t all that long.LOL!!! What I personally have done is diversify in enough directions where it hardly matters which way things go or what the future holds. IMO nobody is getting out of this mess in one piece…so my diversification includes some PM stocks, some PM phyz, some Fiat cash, some residential RE, some groceries, a great partner, no debts, no jabs, reasonably good health, and faith in my Higher Power, which is God. My PM charting still says next major stop is $120 silver and $3660 Gold, and unless we have a change in monetary systems I still think I’ll see that before I die…. and if I don’t see it, I don’t think it’s gonna matter (to me anyway lol). The only real advice I have for you and others is “Be True To Yourself”. Nothing is more important than your integrity. Peace Brothers! www
“When I post something it is not because I agree or disagree with the content, but to elicit response and generate other’s responses.”
That’s exactly what led to the well deserved horrible reputation of the yahoo message boards. Everything and anything was fair game. Put it out there to elicit a reaction and start a bonfire. What is the point?
I used to belong to another board that was moderated with an iron fist. You would likely have been BANNED from ever posting again for “shooting from the hip.” And yet that board (run by Karl Denninger) became the best forum I ever participated in. Know your shit, defend your POV with facts, or you are gone. He didn’t (and even now without an open forum still doesn’t) suffer fools, and only very confident and uniquely insightful people had the nerve to post there.
There is no shortage of questionable content out there. And Fully remarks almost everyday about information overload. So the value is found in posting selective (or distinctive) submissions that can make a difference to our understanding.
I’m going to admit something – pre-tent, I gave some hard earned cash to BP and after a while I could see his newsletters and forecasts were heavily reliant on numerology and biblical prophesy – nothing against either of these, but ‘investing’ or buying ‘insurance’ based on those things was not prudent. He also had a high pressure sky-is-falling-on-this-date kind of presentation and this was a red flag for me. Everyone has their own journey of discovery when it comes finding truth/sense. Harry Dent is another, although more rational IMO. I occasionally listen to HD (and Armstrong) still to see where they are at on things but that’s where it ends. I’m not going to diss on Bo Polny to someone who believes strongly in the basic premise of his prognostications but do be cautious.
We all been there YYZ
I subscribed to the Astrologer Mahendra
What a charlatan he was
Mahendra? I knew he made tractors, but I didn’t know he made them for the stars. By the way, I’m a Libra, and could use a good discounted tractor. Peace be upon you! You should contact me through Fully, peace be upon him! I’m new to this shit. Hopefully, I’m getting it right!
Then there was also Jim Willie. Nenner. I could go on.
The thing is (at least for me) that I now know that the people that subscribe to these folks and try to foist them on others reveal themselves to be too indiscriminate to hear out on just about anything. They simply don’t have mental discipline. Merely sounding plausible doesn’t cut it. That opens the door to almost anything and that’s wasted energy.
