Loading ...US Debt is expanding exponentially
A quick view of the US Debt chart shows that we are entering that phase in the next year or two where it goes straight up until it ends.
What that looks like is anyone’s guess. Owning something in your possession that has no counter-party risk that has survived the test of time is more important now that we may be entering the potential for World conflict. Paper assets could vapourize in a cascading event.
I wonder what those assets could be?

I buy a bit of ammo every couple months for barter. Disturbingly, every time I buy it, I find it’s a dollar more per box than the last time. Bimonthy inflation. I bought a bunch of sardines Aug 2022 for 26 dollars each a small case. That same case two years later is 38 dollars. I tell the wife from now on anything we need she should by a lot of because next time she buys it will be even more.
