People understand the conundrum. The problem is it is always settled on the side of the corrupt. How about this? You get your spending – with some adjustments – the White House yanks Israel’s chain, and no money to Ukraine. My bet is that he caves on everything.

So far better than McCarthy and the previous Rhino Speakers when the GOP had the gavel in the past. He is doing what he can along the edges given the slim majority. I wanted a shutdown to bring the insanity to an end and let the chips fall where they may. Have to remember they are policians who want to get reelected so few would go that route.
