She needs to pay for what she did. Via a court of law of course.
Its not the mandates that were the problem.
Its the ability of governments to impose mandates (or do anything else), without accountability.
Years too late, they reverse course and investigate.
But EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK, governments have overstepped the law (their constitutional protections) then all you see later are horse and pony shows.
