Loading ...FOR GMG — Fired health workers launch lawsuit against Dr. Bonnie Henry
Court documents state the action “is brought on behalf of members of the class consisting of all unionized healthcare workers in British Columbia who have been subject to the COVID-19 vaccination status information and preventative measures order issued by the public health office on Oct. 14, 2021.”
The suit estimates the class consists of thousands of fired health-care workers.
It claims the measures breached contractual employment agreements and that those fired are “directly affected by the misfeasance of the provincial officer of health in issuing the order and have been subjected to foreseeable ensuing harm as a result of such conduct.”
The province had 21 days to respond as of the Oct. 13 filing date.

Well, thank you for thinking of me Kewl2, but I’ve lost all faith in our justice system (as well as our medical system). That c*** Bonnie Henry will never see any consequences for her role in this perpetration of crimes against humanity. I wish these health care workers all the luck in the world, but our corrupt judicial system will see to it that they won’t get anywhere with this, and the majority of Canadians are simply too stupid and too complacent to understand all the evil that this bitch has done, and continues to do.

Absolutely true. We have to accept the notion that western nations are corrupt to the core – Canada, in particular. The US has a chance because the people on masse select the president. If the process can be saved from corruption, there is hope.
