This topic more than any we have explored here at the tent is contentious. Time for a gut check for each of us. Are you really Open minded when it comes to this conflict . Are you willing to learn about both sides and the history , or is your mind already made up ?

It is easy for us to react from what we think we knew about this Region

The easy answer is to be AGAINST anything the Neocons are for .

..But personally I am all for learning more about the people and politics in this region…as we are doing now .
