Americans stranded in Israel have been forced into signing exorbitant payment agreements with the Biden regime in order to recover travel costs before being given any rescue assistance by the United States government. The costly contract even goes so far as to require individuals hoping for rescue in crisis-hit regions to sign “promissory notes”, in order to be eligible for financial aid.

“Departure assistance is provided via a loan from the U.S. government, which requires travelers to sign a promissory note (an agreement to repay) prior to departure.” This repayment includes all costs associated with the loan, such as transportation and lodging in a safe location.

It’s worth mentioning that the Biden administration has spent billions housing illegals in the US without receiving any promissory notes.
