I’m confused – I am under the impression that the WHO approved the pandemic proposal even though multiple nations said NO. The impression was that they rammed it through agains’t their own rules…………..?!?!?!
My understandig is that They tried to bamboozle us by saying the Chairman or whateve they call the guy …of the UN announced the measures had passed BUT since there were 11 Countries who did not go along it’s NOT binding and has NO teeth
