It’s pretty clear that the DNC does not want a primary. I don’t want to say that they want a coronation but that’s I think that’s a fair way to put it actually. Essentially they are fixing up the process so that it makes it almost impossible to have democracy function. They’re effectively disenfranchising the Democratic voters from having any choice in who becomes president, the Democrat nominee.
Are voters ready to drop Democrat/Republican for an independent??

I think he has NO Choice but to run 3rd Party
He would likely get votes from Both sides Anti Trum Republicans and Anti Biden Dems
But mostly Dems ( because he is a Dem)
Should help Trump win if he goes Independent
It would be a huge victory for Trump vaulting him into landslide territory, but it won’t happen. Kennedy is a Democrat through and through. I like the guy, but I also remember that story about the frog and the scorpion.

But most of those with a “D” behind their names are not. Not as RFK Jr defines himself, and not as the party itself used to. THAT party left many of us, ages ago.
Manchin has made that very point. It rings quite true.
RFK is the smartest honest person on the D ticket, he can’t have not seen what happened to Bernie in 2020 so he needs to make up his mind sooner than later – running as an independent would definitely split the TrumpDerangementSyndrome vote which might be riskier to his well being than failing as a D.
