Much like the negotiations that go on at the end of a war to arrange the terms upon which the losing faction must accept to end the conflict, The Biden administration and the Democrat party are about to negotiate the terms of surrender with the Congress and House led Republican party. The Republicans MUST make it clear that Joe Biden is not going to escape punishment for the treason, corruption and other crimes he has gotten away with for his entire parasitic, political career. Yes at 80 and with declinning health and onset of dementia, he may be able to avoid jail. However the record needs to show acknowledgement of his crimes and accept that history will record as much. Why would he agree to such embarrasement and go down in history as the most corrupt and one of, if not the worst, President in US history? Because he wants to save his useless, criminal dirt bag son from having to spend twenty or more years in prison. Biden will be able to have HIS injustice dept. accept a new plea deal to some minor felonies that would mean jail time. As President he will then grant a full and total pardon to him to keep him out of jail. If Biden doesn’t accept the terms outlined above and tries to fight accepting responsibility for his crimes, including stepping down from office after he pardons Hunter, he needs to be impeached and convicted, removed from office and hopefully prosecuted by the new Republican administration in 2025.
