Also, another way to piss off the WEF, and the other predatory elites, by eating meat, and eliminating their poisonous processed carb products, that form the basis of the very profitable sick care industry.
90% of US adults have metabolic disease and 30 % of US teenagers are diabetic … these are metabolic diseases. Cause: Processed carbs.
Thanks for sharing! And also for sharing all your trips!
This is the diet and a way of living, I learned, that is best, healthier for human body. It took me a looong time to get to this conclusion. When one decides to start taking care for it’s health and maybe shaving off few pounds, it is very very hard getting good and proper information. There are many different diets online and it is hard to figure out, which one to follow. Info (and dis-info) overload. Plus doctors, all items in the stores are screaming at you about low fat, it is really hard to actually get over all these the obstacles to start living healthier. Everything is designed to mislead an average person.
Well, thank goodness we’re above average!
Based on my own personal experience, these are the main food groups to be absolutely avoided, on a keto or a pure carnivore diet, if you want to maximize benefits:
1. Any sugars, including refined sugar, brown sugar, honey, and fruit juices (hign in fructose). Best fruits low in fructose are avocados and berries.
2. Starch derived from grains, especially flour, which is basically a carbohydrate bomb, with no nutrients, worse than white sugar. The gluten on flour also causes inflammation in the gut. Refined white rice is also a carb bomb, with all nutrients removed.
3. All processed seed oil products such as canola, safflower, corn, and “vegetable” oils. Meats should be cooked in butter, ghee or virgin coconut oil, which are all high in saturated stable fats. The seed oils are poison, high in Omega 6, which causes inflammation in the body.
The worst food on the planet is french fries. Carbs cooked in seed oil. Basically poison.
A carnivore diet is exceedingly simple. You don’t need to avoid anything. You only eat only high-fat animal products.
Maybe liken it to placer mining of gold. You don’t need to make a list of all the stuff to avoid, like pyrite, porcupines and moose shit, etc., etc. You only pick up the friggin’ GOLD!
Forget all the unnecessary rules, lists and data, just keep it simple.
*Apparently you’ve never eaten real actual French fries, cooked in animal fat. They’re heavenly!
Even the original McDonalds fries were cooked in lard- that’s why they tasted so good. The potato in this sense could be thought of as a delivery system for the animal fat!
