It is shocking how incompetent the NATO military planners have been. They prepared for this war for a decade or more, all along being completely unaware of Russia’s armaments manufacturing capability. They were off by a factor greater than ten! Even more shocking is their understanding of their own capability, both in production and efficacy. The US likely spends a trillion dollars a year on their military and they produce low quality weapons in very small numbers, yet they don’t even recognize it. To call them clueless is an insult even to Clueless Joe himself! As Fully would say, sheesh!
