A new report by a journalism watchdog has found that mainstream outlets like The New York Times and the Wall Street Journal were ‘seven times more likely to cite think tanks with war industry ties’ than they were to cite groups without such ties.

The media narrative on the war in Ukraine against Russia is set by the same donor class which benefits from wars. 

According to a June 30 report by Fairness and Accuracy In Reporting (FAIR), titled “How the Military-Industrial Complex Sets the Media Narrative on Ukraine” – “Wealthy donors have long funded think tanks with official-sounding names that produce research that reflects the interests of those funders…”

This “research” is what sets the agenda for what we know as “the news.”
