While the author does a great job listing and describing why the govt. should be declared illegitimate, he offers no solution to how to accomplish it. While a longshot, the non violent way(not easy and not sure how to accomplish) would be a citizens lawsuit(class action or otherwise) directly to the Supreme Court to list all of the aspects of this Government that are unconstitutional and get a rulling that it is and has been illegitimate. When the President has been installed by widespread vote fraud, his Justice Department refuses to investigate all the criminality carried out by members of one party(it’s own) but prosecutes and persecutes members of the opposition party, it is clear it is time for the people to take matters into their own hands. Nope. As the original patriots showed us, the streets are the only way. This government and all of its cesspool agencies will not surrender power peacefully. Violence on a massive scale is the only way.
Although if everyone stopped working -as in went on a national strike for say, a month – that might change something.
But the streets are the only option left – unless we have learned absolutely nothing from history. A distinct and likely possibility.
Need the Military on our side
That won’t work unfortunately. The reason is that this government, illegitimate as it may be, is fully supported by the useless class who rely on its continual handouts to survive. So its your neighbors you are actually going to be at war with if it came to force. And the military is not going to do anything about that. At some point, the parasitical class may awaken and realize the cost of their having sold out for public benefits but I fear that’s a long way off.
My neighbors don’t have weapons – at least the ones I am already at war with. If they are not against the cesspool and are woke, they are already an enemy. And, of course, if they refuse to accept facts as facts…that, too.

Could we extrapolate or interpolate to the state level … as in California?
I’m learning of so many “laws” which impact residents.
For example, my car mechanic leases land from a tenant, who (God bless him) does not want to sell every piece of land that he owns (he owns a ton of land in the Silicon Valley Bay Area) to the big builders and/or the government, so that the mom and pop establishments still give some of that erstwhile charm to the city. He does not want the money, he has so much money already!!!
But, he soon might run out of luck/time.
