Although the odds favor the Supremes punting again like they did back after the election, when they refused to take the case that would have been the proper way to address the election fraud because Roberts didn’t want his connection to Epstein leaked, they can make up for that mistake by ruling on this one that these officials violated their oath to the Constitution. It is what they SHOULD do, but will they do their duty and uphold their oath to the Constitution?
