Loading ...An experience at the symphony
As a donor to the Vancouver Symphony, I received a complimentary ticket to a performance this morning. Vax passes lifted by Dr Bitchface at 12:01am today so I am finally permitted to attend live (eyes roll).
People had been assigned seats directly in front of and behind each other, but with 3 empty seats in between. I guess the thought being that Covid viruses can move laterally (eyes roll again)
Most of audience my age or older, 98% of them sporting face rags. There was an elderly couple seated directly behind me, and at intermission we began a conversation. Which was going pleasantly until she said something to the effect of “we would like to travel but Covid cases are going up”.
Me: “It’s never going to be over”
Her: “oh yes it is, because there’s a 4th shot coming out very soon. We are signed up for it. Are you going to get it?”
Me: “Hell no, I haven’t even taken the first and I have no intention of getting it. Ever.”
Well, within seconds her perception of me changed and I abruptly became a filthy disobedient scoundrel. She wagged a finger at me and said “I’m a retired nurse and you’d better get that shot”. To which I replied “well I’m a retired dentist and I’ll never do it”. The usual argument ensued….you got the polio shot didn’t you? this is no different…..ya actually it is different, this is not a sterilizing vaccine…..a vaccine is a vaccine all my kids got smallpox shots and so did I….um, no actually there’s a difference (I tried to explain what a sterilizing vaccine was but she was having none of it)
At that point the symphony started up again so I turned back around in my seat. I happened to glance back 2 min later and I saw that she had moved 2 rows back. To get away from me. Am sure she is quaking in terror right now thinking that she was speaking at close range with someone who was not only maskless (gasp) but also unvaxxed (double gasp)
Upon concert end I smiled and said “it was nice chatting with you” to which she coldly replied “I hope you get what you want”.
I could laugh this off. But instead it has left me deeply discouraged. Why? Because it illustrated to me just how insidious and pervasive the government mindfuckery is. Last night I watched a 45 minute video thru Free 2 Fly, featuring a lawyer. He indicated that governments base some of their decisions on public sentiment. If a majority of people are up in arms about something, there is more of a chance it could be reversed. Clearly, this ‘aint the case in this shithole country.
We are a nation of sheeple who are only too happy to comply with whatever gov’t tells them to do to “keep you safe”. Very few are capable of original thought. They are perfectly fine with clinging to their useless face rags, lining up for a shot every 4 months, and disparaging anyone who dares to question anything Public Health dishes up. That is why no one gives a shit that we can’t do things. They think we deserve punishment.
(and yes still planning on leaving later in the year)

They were walking in town masked but took them off when the talked with me

So I told them about my daughter who was living in Lockdown California and got the hell out of there and moved to Florida
She felt she had escaped hell and Moved to Heaven.
I Told them I am not vaxxed and they were stunned in silence…I told them I have natural Immunity ( confirmed) …still no reaction
Then I shook his hand and said to myself Fuck the F-Ouch…and left

It’s sad, but yes, these fish have to fry in order to wake up. We can only be glad that we are not one of them. Keep the faith and keep the distance from these vermin. Their awakening will be painful enough.

I have a successful business but live in the heart of darkness (California). I literally have visions of my family living in Tennessee with my parents as 45 year olds. Hopefully, the constitution is valid for a few more years, but let’s see.

Anyway, you were asking where I’d go to: there’s nothing concrete at the moment. I’m in the process of getting a British passport and am told there’s a 98% likelihood I’ll qualify. It’s a lengthy process if going via grandparent ancestry but I’m pursuing it. I’d definitely consider going there, although I note that last night Boris J made a threat about “not discounting the possibility of another lockdown”.
The advantages of the UK are that I don’t have to learn a new language, I adore old houses, and I actually like overcast cool weather.
My other half (Columbia on this forum) is not keen on the UK and would prefer to head to the US. He is hoping Biden opens the border and we could drive over. Much easier than chartering the private jet needed to fly out of the country. There are any number of red states in which he’d be happy to live. Problem is we are retirees and have no status in the US. It seems he’d be willing to spend 6 mos in the US and 6 in Mexico, I just learned of this today though; we haven’t discussed the logistics.
He’s also mentioned Uruguay as a popular ex-pat destination. Problem is, neither of us speaks Spanish or likes hot sunny weather so I can’t see that happening unless we get desperate.
I would not return to Canada until Turd-o is gone for good. Yes, f*** the WEF and keep the faith!

Consider winters in Yuma AZ, then summers in Ensenada Baja. They are just 2-3 hours apart. Ensenada is in the relaxed frontier zone with limited paperwork.

Scenario 2: No country with a buoyant middle class has fallen before to a government so hated. Nazi Germany had overwhelming support for Hitler and his message. They welcomed it. We don’t. So stay and resist
Scenario 3: The shit gets worse for the next few years, live the best you can until a reawakening occurs and we throw off these evil bastards. Food insecurity, energy constraints, all manufactured to take down the West. The Great Resetters needed a crisis. Climate change, Covid, etc. They really don’t care if you watch their actions. Problem, reaction, solution.
The Great Reset is all about controlling the people as the monetary system crashes. Digital ID with CBDC to punish the non-conformers. We know how that works.
I see the next decade as one with massive upheaval even in the best of times.

GMG, thanks for sharing and I can not agree more with what you said as it is the very same in the ballroom community I dance with. And now with easily transmittable vaids, I am not sure whether I am coming or going. That said not for a moment would I trade places with a fear based, vaxxed, masked imbecile. I want to be the better man and not have covid exchanges with them. The Covid Pied Piper owns their souls and so be it.
As for us, we need to network in our physical realities with other pure bloods, we need a resource network to help us keep our spirits up. Maybe even some goldtadise zoom encounters. I find meditation helps me from being completely bat shit crazy so I do it daily.
