Logistical question:
On the EB route from Thunder Bay to Sudbury (for the BC group),
with temps well into the negative range on the F scale,
where will those without sleepers in their trucks be able to sleep??
Or will smart folks bail at TB and leave that leg to the truckers?
I understand there are many volunteering to billet and feed them .
This is hugely Cathartic IMO…bringing all sorts of Canadians together who were feeling lost and isolated .
Hmmm … that’s a 12hr drive. Only a handful of TINY towns spaced 100 miles apart.
I’m sure folks will do whatever they can to help, but they probably better plan to kickoff from TB and motor non stop. On top of that, there may be only a couple of 24hr gas stations along that route.
