Loading ...CANADA – UNVAXXED STAFF: Ontario considered forcing hospitals to re-hire to ease strain on health-care providers
Hospitals and other public sector employers could be forced to re-hire unvaccinated workers under a policy that has been considered by the provincial government as it confronts desperate staff shortages throughout the health-care system, this newspaper has learned.
“It is unclear how far those discussions have progressed, but the Ontario Hospital Association is concerned enough to warn the government not to interfere, saying such a policy could make the hospital staffing crisis worse.
Dale said the Ontario Hospital Association was made aware last week that the Ontario government was considering policy changes “that would make it mandatory for public sector employers, including hospitals, to re-hire employees that have been terminated for failing to comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.”
SOOOOOO…….rather than the OHA being forced to fire unvaxxed workers by gov’t policies — it is the OHA that WANTS the workers fired in the first place and doesn’t want the government to interfere with their plans???? Did anyone know this………….???
