“Strategic Group – which owns more than 1,500 one- and two-bedroom suites in rental apartment buildings in Edmonton and Calgary – says it believes it is the first major landlord in Canada to implement a vaccine requirement for new tenants.
“We’re proud of it. Very proud of it. And we’d like to see other landlords implement the same policy,” chief operating officer Tracey Steman said. “It will help to end this pandemic.”
What a f***ing idiot. Her comment is eerily similar to something that a Nazi would say. I hope they get tenants who trash the place.
And how the hell does having a restrictive building like this “help end the pandemic”? Gawd, I swear I live in a country that is home to the world’s most stupid people.
So, fast-forward a few months…..the building supervisor comes thru the building asking for proof of the 4th booster. Don’t have it? Well then here’s your eviction notice……
