Not for what Dr. Hoffe is talking about here, I would think. He’s talking about clotting taking place in the smallest of blood vessels, the capillaries, which is where the mRna is actually absorbed into cells, those cells being the cells that form the lining (walls) of the capillaries and then when they create the spike protein it lodges in those cell’s cell wall because it’s been designed to stick in the wall (they’ve added something to the protein structure to make it hard for it to exit the cell wall, although it isn’t always effective), this creates rough walled capillaries that impede blood flow and then a clot and then permanent damage. Capillaries are sometimes just one blood cell in thickness so I wouldn’t think the thinning effect of aspirin would be seen in these extremely narrow vessels.
The big thing is Dr. Hoffe is showing how the vaccine works, the mechanism of action, that leads to the side effects. Although these microscopic clots produce no symptoms on their own, in large enough numbers they can produce most of the side effects seen: headache, shortness of breath, fatigue, nerve and brain problems. It’s just a matter of where the vaccine nanoparticles are absorbed. All organs in the body are networked with capillaries, every cell in fact.

It’s only of further interest because it confirms to some extent that what he is saying is ground breaking and also that it’s not some personal opinion or freak idea. If you understand basic physiology, particularly how the blood system functions, it makes perfect sense. The d-Dimer test is laboratory confirmation of it.
